RETURN POLICY:

Online purchases: Unworn items with no damages maybe returned or exchanged. The buyer MUST contact us within 3 days of the item being delivered by email. Buyers will receive a full refund, minus shipping, upon the item/items return to the Manor. The buyer is responsible for the postage fee for the return/exchange. A buyer can opt to do an even exchange of a different size or an item/items with equal value. If there is a difference in value the customer will be refunded the difference or provide a payment for the remaining balance.

*Chize is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damages that occur after during transport. All items come with up to $50 worth of insurance. Buyers can purchase additional insurance at checkout.

Instore Purchases: Unworn items with no damages maybe returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date. Employees at Chize have the right to refuse the refund/exchange of an item/items at their own discretion.
